I personally think it would be better if you were to add two auto-loaders and take away one of the gunners. Take away a gunner because the auto-loaders will take up a lot of space. Do you also have a proposed armor thickness, so we can calculate part of the weight. Yes, this looks a little Soviet designed but the tank looks great and practical.
