I Really Like this. I can picture an epic Cop Chase. Escaped convicts driving on these futuristic cars. The convicts are scientists and renegade ex soldiers. They lost the cops and are about to make a rally point at a building next to Dan`s Military Surplus. While they unload equipment to an nearby building..... Amazing detail by the way. Feels like looking a scifi animated movie.

I'm sorry if this is a bit fragmented, I've got many theories

Overall I think the atmosphere of the future will
Based on what I think, the near future (as in the rest of the 21st century) will be full of new inventions and revolutionary advances in Genetic engineering (I'll get back to that in my far future view) China will probably surpass the
USA by the end of the 2010s.

(Response will continue later, I've GTG)

My favorite thing is combining databases, of the past, the present, and predictions of the future by using historical databases context clues. also context clues from todays environment. what i mean is "syncronising" the changes of society to sets of full complete databases. not live photos, but just the major changes to earth and society....

this way of seeing the progress of society based on monitoring changes, can help us to sculpt our future. to tell the future in some reguards. and to prevent terrorism "hackers" from destroying our automated luxery lifestyles.

how do we catch a "hacker"? well a hacker and a FBI/Cia offical are the same people, because they hire hackers. hackers hiring hackers. but..the FBI and hackers wage war to each other, because it makes the public feel safe and pay money to the government. ocassionally there are real terrorists but the government would rather play with them than stop them, so the public pays more money to the government for saftey. now how do we stop a hacker if the government/fbi/cia ARE hackers? well... the public has to monitor and keep track of every tiny detail the government does. we monitor their changes on graphs we can visually see. perhaps more than visual, perhaps using all our senses to monitor data. every human devoting a little bit of their awakeness to monitor the government (reverse big-brother) means a lot of power to the people.
combining A.I. (rules of what is right/wrong based on historical examples for the PC to compair) databases, we can be alerted when something bad happens. this way people know everything other people and Gov are doing. any alterations to standard procedure/law (set up by the people) set off red flags. standard meaning every situation has clear instructions. if lawA is passed, instructionA must be followed or red flags are set off. public monitors red flags. Gov can monitor red flags too, but what can they do about it if they have no power? this way we catch the errors and sneakyness of the government. we do this to protect ourselves from monopolies like MICROSOFT screwing and warming societys idea of morality and what the good "templates" of living are.
ok so how to catch the "hackers"; we simply monitor our own leaders actions. if they pick up a red pen, we are aware. if they drink a cup of water, we are aware. we can also use an array of technology to view large ammounts of data on charts and live moving databases. a 3d photo consisting of billions of charts of data layered on top of eachother. we surf through the visual charts, which are actions of every living person and computer on earth, TO accuratly pinpoint any piece of RedFlagged actions. government, civilian, A.I, virus, etc. its all archived by any number of storage methods..on relitivly low hard drive space. (remember we are only archiving changes and not entire photos of all the data). now we use these RedFlags to modify our template of PublicStandardProcedureLaw. every human must be required to vote, of all ages, to keep the law even and fair to everyone. nobody must be allowed more power than anyone else.

PHEW that was a lot of thinking! these are of course just a few simple ideas off the top of my head. if you dont assume im trying to destroy government, then maybe this plan will work. at least it could be one part in a larger 3d mesh of layers of charts.

you know how we monitor the stock market? well we can have billions of "stock markets" to monitor every change on the face of the earth. the enemy "sin" will have technology, and we must have it also to beat down this enemy.

I agree with you that China will surpass the USA. Now...can we speculate a Billion years into the future? In the area of accessing information? That is my passion: Operating Systems. They are key to our civilization.

I personally think the human race could move back into the forrests and be primitive and that way be just as happy as we are now. just living naturally and not polluted by modern chemicals. this would destroy our medical databases so thats the problem of living without technology. diseases kill: thus we need technology. with access to technology, there will be mis-using and "hacking" of everything...databases...genetic code...births...mental instructions....Brain Washing.

we need to be safe. we need to make sure no one, not even the awesome google, can ever harm the public.

technology will always grow, but sin will always be there to harm us. disease in one form or another (even digital) will always be there. until the end of time.

using stock charts we can monitor our errors and at least minimise our pain.

This is an absolutely brilliant cyberpunk city landcape. The colours, the lighting and shading, the desing of the vehicles, the sense of depth you give to it. I only see stuff I like. It's quite overwhelming, because although it's a drawing but it's very immersive.
