GAU that must hurtby ~flyingdebris

Homework assignment where we had to design something along the same lines as doom 3.

So i thought about what would be over the top and ridiculous and decided to impale a zombie with a GAU-8 vulcan cannon. And yes, I know its too small to be a gau-8, i took some artistic liberties.

Besides, i think it's be morbidly hilarious to see something like that in a game try to shoot you, only to send itself knocked backwards into a wall from the recoil.

Considering the crazy-ass content of Doom 3, I doubt that many people would have given you shit over the size of this thing if it had been included in the game...their loss for not spotting this and throwing it in, because yes, it would be morbidly hilarious and brown-pants creepy.

That thing could just aim downwards and hover around using the recoil, and shredding anything below.

For actually staying still while firing that thing would need another pair of legs...

I imagined if I saw this in doom, since doom is primarily 90% indoors this thing would just have some sort of track concept or the ability to stick itself to a wall for support, in which case.. I would hide my ass around a corner and NEVER venture down that hall again.
