Fire starter mech roasting some infantry, another one of the touched up old dev art pieces that ended up in the 25th anniversary book. Unfortunately i had to remove the burning of the furries from the image to make it more acceptible for the book, but the spirit is still there.

Imagine the pilot of the Firestarter ejecting and these infantrymen catch him. They would probably castrate him for the suffering his 'Mech dealt to their comrades.

The rule where you could apply the damage from the flamethrower to the targets heat scale instead was amazing. This mech was always underestimated in tournaments.
